Dominoes -- Lite 2.8

The game commences by shuffling the domino tiles and distributing a hand to each player. In a two-player setting, each participant receives seven dominoes; with more players, each is dealt five dominoes. The player holding the lowest double in their hand is designated to make the opening move.

In all game variants except Block dominoes, if a player is unable to make a legal move, they are required to draw additional dominoes from the boneyard until a playable tile is obtained. Should the boneyard be exhausted or if the game involves Block dominoes, the player must pass their turn if no move is possible.

In the All-Fives variant, when a player plays a domino that results in the sum of all four sides being a multiple of five, they are awarded points corresponding to that total.

The round concludes either when a player plays all their tiles or when no further moves can be made due to a block. At the end of each round, the winner is determined by having the lightest remaining hand, which is calculated by subtracting the total dots on remaining dominoes from the total of opponents’ remaining tiles. This yields a points bonus for the winner.

To place a domino, tap on the desired tile. If only one valid placement exists, the game automatically plays it. Otherwise, select or drag-and-drop the tile onto the matching connection.
